confusi\u00f3n? <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-aacfc81 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"aacfc81\" palabra: \u201c<b>ESTATUTO<\/b>&#8220;.\u00a0<b>V\u00e9n dunha mala traduci\u00f3n,\u00a0<\/b>xa que, en setembro de 1980, a UNESCO recomendoulles aos seus estados membros a creaci\u00f3n dun marco legal que garantise a protecci\u00f3n e axuda necesaria aos artistas tendo en conta o seu \u201cESTADO\u201d, a s\u00faa especial condici\u00f3n, que se traduciu como ESTATUTO.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b8e618f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b8e618f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Neste mesmo senso, o Parlamento Europeo aprobou en xu\u00f1o de 2007 unha resoluci\u00f3n na que lles ped\u00eda aos estados membros que desenvolvesen ou implementasen <b>un marco legal e institucional para apoiar a creaci\u00f3n art\u00edstica<\/b>, mediante a adopci\u00f3n ou aplicaci\u00f3n dun conxunto de medidas globais que inclu\u00edsen a situaci\u00f3n do artista dende o punto de vista contractual, da Seguridade Social, do seguro de sa\u00fade, do reco\u00f1ecemento de enfermidades espec\u00edficas, da curta duraci\u00f3n da vida laboral nalg\u00fans sectores, da xubilaci\u00f3n, da fiscalidade directa e indirecta e do cumprimento das normas europeas, tendo en conta o car\u00e1cter at\u00edpico das distintas profesi\u00f3ns art\u00edsticas.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
